Aftercare & important information
Your skin may be more sensitive after deep cleansing, exfoliation or microneedling. Follow the aftercare tailored to your treatment, protect your skin from the sun and do not add further intensive exfoliation yourself. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.

Which facial is right for my skin?
This depends on your current skin condition and skincare goals. Our range includes Basic and Intensive through to Aqua Facial and Sirin Signature Facial. If you are unsure, tell us your wishes when requesting an appointment. We will agree on a suitable treatment after your consultation and skin analysis.
What happens at my first appointment?
We begin by discussing your skincare routine, sensitivities and previous treatments. Then we carry out the steps of your chosen facial, such as cleansing, exfoliation, a mask and finishing care. The treatment description and price list explain which extras are included.
Do you use Maria Galland Paris?
Yes, we use Maria Galland Paris for our facials. Products are selected according to your skin and the facial you book. If you are interested in a particular product, we can advise you during your appointment.
Can I come if I have sensitive skin?
Please tell us about sensitivities, known allergies and any current skin irritation when you enquire. We will discuss suitable options. Intensive treatments are not appropriate for every skin condition. Unexplained or inflammatory changes should be assessed by a medical professional first.
What should I consider before a special occasion?
Avoid scheduling a new or intensive treatment immediately before an important occasion. Depending on the facial, your skin may be red or sensitive afterwards. Tell us when your event is so we can discuss the treatment and suitable timing.
