Waxing removes hair, including the root, from the follicle using wax. Compared with shaving, noticeable regrowth usually starts later. Whether treating the face, legs, underarms or intimate areas, the approach depends on skin condition, hair length and the body area.

Independent of hair colour
Waxing does not rely on dark hair pigment to work. Suitable skin and hair long enough for the wax to grip are what matter.

We discuss sensitive areas, skincare products and relevant medication. Irritated, injured or sunburnt skin is avoided.
Cleanse & prepare
The area is cleansed and prepared. Wax temperature and technique must suit the particular area.
Work in sections
Wax is applied in sections and removed with a controlled movement while the skin is supported.
Check & soothe
We assess the treated area and choose suitable aftercare. You receive appropriate advice for home care.

How long does hair need to be for waxing?
Hair must be long enough for the wax to grip reliably, so do not shave the planned area immediately beforehand. Ask us when booking about suitable preparation for your area.
How long will my skin stay smooth?
Waxing removes the hair with its root, whereas shaving only cuts it at the surface. Visible regrowth therefore usually starts later. Duration depends on the body area and hair growth; waxing does not remove hair permanently.
Can waxing be done on the face or intimate areas?
We offer various facial and body areas as listed in our price list. For bikini and intimate treatments, we agree on the exact area beforehand. You can always tell us if you need a break or something feels uncomfortable.
When should I speak to you before my appointment?
Tell us about irritated or injured skin, sunburn, retinol skincare or isotretinoin treatment. These can affect suitability. Do not change prescribed medication yourself; treatment may need medical assessment or postponement.
