Lash extensions add definition, length or fullness to your eyes. Fine extensions are attached to individual natural lashes using a specially designed adhesive. Balance matters: your chosen look should suit your eye shape and the strength of your own lashes.

What happens during your treatment.
Discuss your look
We look at your eye shape and natural lashes, and discuss your preferred fullness, length and any sensitivities.
Prepare with care
Your lashes are cleansed, the lower lashes protected and your eyes remain closed throughout the application.
Work lash by lash
Natural lashes are separated individually. Depending on the technique, a single extension or a fine fan is applied; weight and placement must suit the natural lash.
Check & explain aftercare
At the end, we check that the lashes are cleanly separated and the shape is balanced. We discuss cleansing and a suitable infill appointment.

Aftercare & important information
Clean your lashes regularly with suitable care products and handle them gently. Do not rub, pull or remove them yourself. Extensions shed with the natural lash cycle, so infill appointments are useful. Please tell us about known adhesive allergies. We do not treat irritated or inflamed eyes; symptoms after application should be assessed.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Classic and Volume?
Classic uses one extension attached to each suitable natural lash. Volume uses fine fans to create more fullness. Suitable length and density depend on your preferred look and the strength of your natural lashes.
How long does the look last and when should I book an infill?
Extensions gradually shed with the natural lashes. Growth and aftercare affect when gaps become visible. We discuss suitable infill timing with you. Please note our pricing: from week 4, infills are charged at the new-set price.
How do I clean my lash extensions?
Clean them regularly and gently with a product suitable for extensions. Avoid rubbing and pulling, and follow the advice given at your appointment. Do not pull off or remove extensions yourself.
Can I shower or exercise with extensions?
Advice immediately after application depends on the adhesive system used. At your appointment, ask when water, steam and exercise are suitable again. Handle your lashes gently when cleansing and drying them in everyday life.
What if I have sensitive eyes or an adhesive allergy?
Tell us about known allergies and previous reactions before booking. Lash adhesives can cause irritation or allergic reactions. We do not apply extensions to irritated or inflamed eyes; persistent symptoms should be checked by a medical professional.
